This paper USES the literature material law, comparative analysis, the method of logic reasoning method, this paper studies the present development situation of e-sports and put forward some Suggestions, provide theoretical basis for the future development, pointed out the developing direction of the next step, in order to well promote the rapid development of e-sports next.In this paper, the basic concept of e-sports and esports relationship with sports, made clear the basic problem, at the same time, this study also indicate the huge value for the existence of e-sports, esports can not only promote the healthy growth of teenagers, and it also has a huge industrial development potential, in the national fitness also plays a very important role. In addition, this article focuses on analyzing the development of the Chinese esports history and status quo, the results showed that:1. More than1department management is the actual existence of Chinese electronic competitive sports management system. Multi-sectoral management highlights a significant problem is the chaos, the lack of good communication between departments, contribute to the development of e-sports and constrained affected is too large, the toes.2. national standard electronic sports in China is not perfect. Did not form the real business value chain, the event organization standard does not agree, organization optional the gender is big, more confusion.3. e-sports industry profit model of the single in China. Online platform operation and competition in the field of organization is the present domestic esports company’s main profit way, pattern is unitary, has not yet formed together.4. Chinese electronic competitive human resource professional degree is low, the e-sports the prejudices of the public. Electronic lack of competitive human resource situation in our country, far from professional, moreover, there are many misunderstanding and prejudice on popular esports. 5. electronic athletic talent shortage in our country, there is no forming mode of talent training, talent cultivation level is not enough. At present, the electronic athletic talent cultivation is still relatively weak, subject to reinforce and perfect, especially in the cultivation of high level professional player and esports developed countries gap is obvious.In this paper, the analysis of the problems put forward some Suggestions:1. national perfect e-sports related laws and regulations, we will vigorously support esports. Countries should strengthen macro-control and management. Publish relevant laws and regulations, the standard electronic competitive market, through a variety of incentives to stimulate esports vigorously develop.2. more propaganda, to establish a good image of the e-sports, change the public prejudice against esports. Do more correct guidance in government policies, such as the media and esports beneficial aspects and gradually change the lasting of e-sports of misunderstanding and prejudice.3. our esports personnel training mode of inquiry. Through a variety of training methods to combine, for our country electronic athletic talent reserve reserve force, for its continuous provide high quality, high quality electronic athletic talent. Accelerate the process of Chinese electronic competitive professional4.
