Books management system and performance management system emerge in endlessly, but as to the complicated teaching equipment management system,the study is less, therefore, this paper states the design and development to realize the school teaching equipment management system.Schools teaching equipment management system is part of the assets and equipment management platform, the powerful features of the system with the aid of computer and network and the teaching equipment of the new technology enable the goods from purchasing application submitted to the purchasing list, then all management functions, compared with the traditional manual procurement management, the management system has a clear interface, comprehensive functions, easy operation, large data storage capacity and not easy to lost.The purchasing application and audit is not restricted to time and place. This paper uses the ASP technology and SQL technology, implements teaching equipment management system. Schools which use the system procurement and management personnel can timely and accurately manage the teaching equipment procurement, also can save a lot of manpower and material resources.It has opened up a new era of computer management and teaching equipment.
