A Study On Cellphone Microblog In The View Of Media Technology

In the past one hundred years, because of all sorts of new electronic technology, culture and communication patten has undergone earth-shaking changes. All kinds of new image and sound production, storage and transmission tools emerge in endless way, directly changing people’s daily life and the perception means to the world. The technology on one hand is the support of meaning dissemination, on the other hand it is the source of all kinds of new meaning procedure, because in the process of technology using and the reconstruction of the old and new technology, meaning is presenting in different ways. Media technology is auxiliary extension of man. All sorts of new culture are experiencing germination, inflation and ruin today until the next round again in all kinds of high speed development of new media technology.In recent years, cellphone microblog is a unique cultural phenomenon by the support of new media technology. First of all, its origin and characteristic is determined by technical communication ways. As far as its property, the content and the form is concerned, cellphone microblog has bear a marked brand of technology, which means technical nature has reconstructed the cellphone microblog in cultural properties. In that respect, cellphone microblog is not only a kind of technology products, but also a kind of cultural products. Secondly, its technicality decides the time and space features and aesthetic way. Floating and liquidity of cellphone microblog sets the uncertain position on the volatility of the relationship between time and space. It has become part of people’s social life, and also leading people to break through the routine, accelerating the personalized process, reconstructing the aesthetic cognition of people. Thirdly, cellphone microblog goes deeply into daily life and then enters a virtual life, breaking the boundary between real and virtual life, and makes everyday life more interesting and rhythmical.This dissertation is started from new media technology research, based on the use of cellphone microblog, studying cellphone microblog in the view that how to reconstruct relationship between time and space and lead people into the age of We Media. In this new era, cellphone microblog is the virtual area of culture and technology game, it is meaningful to investigate how to construct a new meaning in the changing of time and space and how to survive in virtual reality.
