Design And Implementation Of Office Automation System In The Administration Of Quality And Technology Supervision

In the information age, the technology of computers is changing different industries ofour society deeply now. The mode of administration of quality and technology supervisionis transforming from tradition to automation step by step. With the change of business, theOA system, which was used since ten years ago, can not adjust to new demands ofenterprises. In order to reduce repeated development as much as possible, we choose touse workflow management system which can modify the relevant flow when business haschanged. In this issue, with professional knowledge and skills, the author has accomplishedthe new office automation system for his work which includes demand analysis, systemdesign and system implementation and testing. The new system is stable, feature-rich andhigh maintainability.This article gives an analysis of the theory of workflow and office automation. Afterconsidering real situation comprehensively, the author do some jobs as follow: Firstly, therequirement of function and performance of system is from demand analysis of a completeoffice automation system. Secondly, with the system design, the new system containsseveral functional module including document flow, personal office, meeting managementand system management. Thirdly, there are five tasks to implement the whole system. Theauthor make the use of jquery to realize user interface of the system. Struts is used toenforce the web layer of the system. System’s persistence layer is constituted by Hibernatetechnology. The flow management of the system is dealt with by jBPM. The author chooseSpring to integrate jquery, Struts and Hibernate together to assemble the new officeautomation system mentioned above. At last, through the testing of system’s function andperformance, it can satisfy the oral requirement of normal working. The new system has agood ability to put up with the difficulty of traditional office automation system to changethe business flow. And it can meet different demand of changing business flow which isgood for saving cost and improving resource using.
