| With requirements of modern engineering on analog data information higher and the powerto the consumption portable equipment more strict, traditional acquisition method has become abottleneck in some occasion.In order to effectively solve the disadvantages of the traditional data acquisition method,this paper introduced an intelligent data acquisition algorithm which adjusted acquisition cycle inreal time according to the trend of data. The characteristic of this algorithm is that to reduce thesampling frequency when the data is gentle, and increases the sampling frequency when the datachanges violently. And so it can accurately reflect the changes of acquisition object. On thisoccasion, it can realize the adaptive effect.The principle of the data acquisition algorithm which based on the technology of variablecycle is that analysis the ULR by the LSM of least data, and adjusts the cycle by the changingtrend of the data. Its characteristic is that according to the functionality of the algorithm, improvethe utilization rate of CPU and the real time of system, and enlarge the scope of the samplingfrequency.In the Application of the algorithm, this paper adopted FPGA which used widely in dataacquisition field in recent years as the main controller, which realized the function of high speeddata acquisition processing and control. Through Verilog HDL, the hardware descriptionlanguage, programming, finally I apply the data acquisition system on the machine oftemperature measurement and control.In the early stage, according to the simulation of MATLAB by the data of temperaturemeasurement test, this paper verified the function of this algorithm. And then apply thealgorithm on the system of temperature measurement and control machine. According to thecomparison with traditional acquisition method, this paper proved that the data acquisitionalgorithm which based on the technology of variable cycle is better than traditional acquisitionmethod, and it is a kind of good instead of scheme. |
