Establishing of the electronic records managementsystem could help a lot to meet the needs of the networkadmission computer information management, so that it is ableto achieve the goal that high school students’ fileinformation totally managed by the computer.Based on the full understanding of the system applicationbackground, this thesis did a systematic analysis on the highschool students’ file management system, which mainlyincludes a detailed investigation of the system functionalityand what users need mostly. Further more, the system was well designed and used by the establishment of a system based on theanalysis results the overall architecture and each part of thelogical structure and recruit the actual use of the systemdatabase designing. Employing the NET framework using ASP.NET+SQL Server2008and other related technologies, a system loginmodule collection module, file, file management module, filetransceiver modules are successfully achieved in the wholecomplete electronic file management system. The results showthat the practical application of the system is simple,practical and high stability, which has brought greatconvenience to the actual operation. It is a saving time jobcompared with the original counting file in the past. What’smore it made up for the lack of the management of archivalinformation, and It also achieved the file paperless managementgoal. The system was thought highly of by doing well in theselecting of talents for college admission.
