Along with the change of business requirement, the traditional Web systemincreasingly exposed the shortcoming of lack the mechanism of client intelligence. Itis almost impossible to accomplish complex user interaction, often in the usability anduser experience is not satisfactory,and it is often not satisfactory user in the usabilityand user experience.In the meanwhile, this single model is not compatible with theapplication of the flexible interaction, the frequent requests to the server and brings alot of shortcomings of refresh page.Such as pages are opened slowly and reduce thenetwork bandwidth, etc,this make the user experience is not satisfactory.RIA has arelatively powerful client described engine, it can provide the content dense, fastresponse and graphics rich user interface.Briefly Speaking, RIA is combines theapplication of the Internet and the application of traditional desktop, this makesInternet applications has the advantages of rich interface, strong interactivity, andrapid reflect and so onIn the meanwhile, as a result of globalization and the expansion of business, itmakes the lenovo company’s customer support center must face two main tasks: Toexpand the number of seats to undertake the amount of pre-sales phone consultationwhich is due to sales growth; To Start the new service model of7*11extendedservice hours.The system which is based on the traditional Web design pattern hasfailed to meet application requirements, so there is an urgent need to upgrad theexisting system in functionality and user experience. It is need to let the the originalfixed seating change into a vitual seat which can dynamically adjust the allocation anytime; to increase the function of the system module to adapt to the change ofdemand;to optimization of the original task scheduling and allocation algorithm, andso on.The innovative research work of this paper include: Innovative and made athree-tier classification system architecture design patterns in the base of Flex,ZendFramework framework, PHP and database of MySQL: presentation layer,business logic and data access layer. web technology is relatively mature referencesystem and desktop software, plug-in mechanism to study and design of the Flexdevelopment environment based on a simple plug-in mechanisms to enhance system scalability. Combines the technical characteristics of RIA, used the SQLite memorydatabase management systems in Web innovation in the local data cache.
