| With the continuous expansion of the education institutions’ scale and the sharprise in number of species, the enrollment data processing workloads is also becomingmore and more heavy. Information and modernization of the effective enrollmentadministrative model becomes the developing trend of the current education case.Particularity exist in majors, recruit students object and the enrollment plan ofdifferent education institutions. Therefore different education institutions need todevelop independent admission management system to adapt to their recruitmentwork particularity.Beijing Vocational College of Transportation works with a specific schoolenrollment plan, professional courses, and as well as recruit object that corresponds tothe unique needs. The system is just designed and developed against the unique wayof teaching, and other specific functional requirements of Beijing vocational college.This system in the process of design and development not only considered to meet thedemand of the current functionality and performance, but also consider to the schoolscale and demand change brings demand of system maintenance and upgrade. In thispaper, the main work is as follows:(1) The paper studied enrollment management system’s research status andbackground, and in view of the specific enrollment requirements of BeijingVocational College of Transportation, did software technology selection. Based onsystem application, the relevant technology was introduced in detail, including theselected web framework technology SSH framework, and the core design patterns andideas involved in the design process.(2) Carried on the business requirement analysis to the system from both theapplication functionality and the performance. According to user’s object, the systemwas divided into two parts: the portal at the front desk and background management.For the two parts, the paper finished the overall design of function modules and thedatabase design. Based on the SSH framework hierarchy technology, an overalldesign of the system components level was proposed, and finally designed a wholepackage structure of the system.(3) Based on the overall design, detailed design of the system was carried on.The class structure, sequence diagrams and data table structure was detailed designed and specified, and completed the coded system in the end. This paper not onlyrealized the functions required in our admission management, but also the informationservice provided is no longer just limited in the text information display. The systemcan also provide the information services including videos and multimedia, andrealize full dynamic, distributed information release and process as well as diversityof interactive services. The background management system realized groupmanagement mode by function, by rights, by user. The log management functionsprovided makes the management and maintenance of the system more easily. |
