With the expansion of Universities, The number of students increasedsignificantly. The existing Dormitory management system can only achieve themanagement of Dormitory information; this is very far from meeting our currentneeds. We will provide students and teachers with diversified dormitory informationservice based on the effective management, building a platform of teachers andstudents can exchange views. The goal is to achieve high quality and efficiency,scientific and people-oriented management of students.According to the specific needs of the KeXin College,We have been carried outthe investigation on the management process of college dormitory. On the designprinciples and design ideas of the dormitory management information system,we havea detailed research and design on the overall system architecture, main functionmodules and the work flow etc. The system adopts the B/S software architecture,developing based on ASP.net, using C#as development language, using SQL Server2000as the database. The system includes the establishment and the maintenance ofbackstage database and the development of foreground application. Functionalmodules including Dormitory information management, student’s informationmanagement, and information release, data query, risk forewarning etc. The systemrealized optimization of business process optimization, improved management ofdormitory information and achieved the standardization and informatization of collegedormitory management.I am responsible for the needs analysis and the determination of the functionmodule. I am responsible for the module design and development which includeInformation management, query module, data maintenance module, informationadding, modify, delete, report printing etc. |
