Along with embedded system and Internet development, more and more embedded equipment also gradually access Internet. At present the pony embedded equipment has been widely applied. The TCP/IP protocol stack software must be worked so that the embedded equipment realizes concerned Ethernet communication. However the resource of embedded equipment is limited. The full TCP/IP stack fails to materialize. So it is important for the article to cut out a simple and particle TCP/IP protocol to realize communication of embedded equipment and how to make use of zero copy to advance immediacy in the16bit microprocessor which is destitute in the resources.In the problem the embedded system is on center of16bit PIC18F96J65microprocessor with10bit A/D converter. A set of TCP/IP protocol stack which fit the embedded system is transplanted and developed. The10Base-T ENC28J60Ethernet interface chip of Microchip Technology corporation is connected to network and the embedded system can be visited through web server. Though testing the embedded system normally communicating to computer has been proved. So the embedded system accesses low-costly the Internet.
