| There is an increasing fierce competition of enrolling new students with theenlargement of high schools, colleges and other secondary schools. The resources ofstudents in higher vocational schools are influenced to some extent. The effects arethe students’ geographical differences, different admission scores, unevenqualifications, varied basic level of knowledge and so on. This is a big challenge forcurrent higher vocational education. The differences among the students should beemphasized. If we still follow the traditional teaching mode, the poor students willnot keep up with other students while excellent students will not have a goodmastery of the technology. This is an obvious and embarrassing phenomenon incomputer teaching. In this paper, the author puts forward the application of teachingcomputer at different levels and practices it in Wuxi Health School. There are twoclasses in which the delaminated teaching is used. The author talks about thedelaminated teaching in the aspect of students, teaching aims, teaching tasks,teaching methods and the students’ evaluations. The author compares and analyzesthe experiment results so as to sum up the advantages and disadvantages of thehierarchical teaching.In conclusion, the advantages of the hierarchical teaching are to have beenfound: first, it can improve the students’ innovative competence; second, it canpromote the teachers’ qualifications; third, it is a teaching method which islearner-oriented which is worth putting into practice in higher vocational schools.The paper has a certain theoretical and practical significance to the teaching andresearch of computer basic courses. It is hoped that it can provide some suggestionsand reference for other learners. |
