Research And Development On The Personalized Building-based Group Decoration Design Process Management System Based On The Network

Along with the economy and living standard development, the real estate industry gets a long prosperity, which brings the high-speed development of the interior design of residential decoration. However, as the business practioners mostly are small ones which lead to the high degree of industry dispersion and vicious competition, in order to win a place in the competition, it becomes even more important to pay attention to the management of design and design process because of its core effects to enhance the householders’satisfaction.At present, the current situation of China’s residential decoration design is unoptimistic mainly reflected on the low entry barriers to home decoration designers. As long as one has some home decoration related knowledge, be capable of drawing effect pictures or CAD pictures, he’ll have a good income. Plus, the designers’rebates as an unspoken rule and the so-called free design are also doing great damage to the householders’benefit. Improving the design quality and level, protecting consumers’s interests are the problems need resolving in the process of residential renovation industrialization.In this paper, according to the traditional decoration design process, the design process management demand of the network personalized building-based group decoration system is analyzed and the overall design is put forward in detail and the main technologies are studied. In addition, the detailed function modules of the prototype system are introduced too.The proposed system and relevant research work lays a certain foundation for the constrction of the e-business platform of home decoration design process management and our country’s residential renovation industrialization.In Chapter1, both the current study situation and problems of home decoration design management are analyzed. The main content and outline of this paper is put forward on the basic of related fields’ research.In Chapter2, the traditional decoration design process is introduced and then the necessicity of the system is put up and different users’system demand is studied and on this basic the data demand is conducted and the data processing details are introduced. In the end of this chapter, the overall main technologies of system are given.In Chapter3, the B/S constructure model is introduced. Under the support of this model, the system design as well as main technologies needed to achieve the system are introduced and analyzed.In Chapter4, the detailed introduction of the achieved prototype system of the project is displayed.In Chapter5, the whole reaearch work in this paper and prospects for future research and study are summarized.
