Design Of The Mobile Communications Company Network Resource Management System

With continuous development of Chinese economy, the numbers of mobile communication users have increased and the network construction developed rapidly, China Mobile introduces into network element management systems and sub-network management system while networking. To realize "centralization of management, monitoring and maintenance" of the transport, exchange and wireless network, make faster circuits dispatching and spare parts management, relevant resource management system shall be constructed at the same time. Mobile telecom carriers have higher requirements for the management of resources. Through analysis the needs of network of mobile operator, this paper combines the project "NRMS of mobile operator", focuses on the management of NRMS, design and realization of the system around the network resource management model, the author does a series of research. After study of the design features of the NRMS in and abroad, especially for the "integrated NMS" design features, the author designs the prototype system-based on decision support network system structure of resources management.The paper focuses on the design of resource management system, analysis and research deeply on its relevant theory, design principles, design program, design and implementation. Firstly, the paper analyses of the resource management system design methods in detail and how to achieve geographic information, network information, customer information and resource information etc, such data storage. Then study the method of analysis of information and how to achieve efficient use of resources and the support of network planning. Finally, analyze the realization method of system in detail.
