Research On University Learning Resource Base Grounded On Web2.0 Conception

With the development of higher education reform and educational informationization, university resource base had become the platform for promoting teaching method transformation and professional development of both teachers and students. However, in available university resource base, the importance of people was totally neglected, and, the individual requirements of teachers and learners was not satisfied in resource quality,resource services and learning aid function. Therefore, bringing in the knowledge management theory and web 2.0 conception, the author took "university learning resource base based on web2.0 conception" as research contents. Based on literature research and analysis of current resource base status, the author's research was as follows:First, the connotation and denotation of base and learning resource base was brought up and expounded. Using viewpoints of social construction and humanistic learning theories, the learning perspective,learner perspective and resource perspective of university learning resource base was demonstrated.Second, web 2.0 conception and knowledge management thoughts were summed up and abstracted, based on which new thoughts on resource base design was put forward.Third, based on the mature application of web 2.0, a realizable theoretical framework and user functional model of university learning resource base was designed, and the advantages of new resource base on resources provision, knowledge management, user stimulation and support service was discussed by comparing them with traditional resource base. The paper emphasized that the trait of the designed resource base lied in the function of gathering the individual,dynamic resources and its hierarchy of individual, group and organization knowledge base.Fourth, combining with related learning theories, from aspect of application, individual learning models and cooperative learning models based on the resource base designed were studied. Support from base to the two learning model was also showed.Fifth, through designing related cases, the way of resource construction was explained, as well, the designed resource base's action mechanism on individual sense-making, knowledge resource creation and organization resource accumulation was illustrated.
