| The public security organs as an important security force of social stability, attachsgreat importance to the state and people. Since the reform and development, especiallyin10years of the21st century, the rapid development of the national economy providesthe material security to the living standard of the people and the people’s thought had agreat change and urbanization makes population increase security and stability bringssome hidden trouble to the society. So how to use high-tech means rational managementand planning the public security organ’s working procedures, providing people withmore efficient, quick and thoughtful service has become a hot issue.In this thesis, design and implement a public security bureau command and controlsystem based on mobile platform using Android related development technology andtake Shenyang public security bureau police scheduling status as the starting point andis based on my personal work experience in the area. Main work is as follows:(1) Design and implement an Android intelligent mobile phone platform clientsystem, mainly including receiving alarm dispatch, traffic control scheduling, publicsecurity command scheduling and contact center, and other functions. Use android andrelated technology to realize the system function.(2) Set up remote service platform based on the Apache server and design PHPserver program through the HTTP protocol and Android client program to interactingand use PHP technology to realize Mysql database access and data manipulation.(3) Set up test environment based on MOTOROLA XT910and make acomprehensive test to the system, including functional testing, the performance test anduser interface test content. According to the results, system designed in this thesis needsthe user requirements in contrast and maintenance.System of this thesis is based on mobile phone platform Android2.3to realize,using Java to code and set up server platform based on PHP technology for programcontrolling and database accessing. System testing results showed that the design of the public security bureau command scheduling system meets the needs of users andachieved the expected target of development. |
