Design And Implementation Of Traffic Police Mobile Police System Of Public Security Bureau Of Zhongshan

In recent years, Car ownership increased sharply in Zhongshan, there are more and more traffic problems which are more solved by police. Traffic management departments have to face and solve many gongzhus and duties, only a few traffic police do some gongzhu about traffic management outside, but there are enough equipments to support the outside gongzhu of traffic police because the current informatization systems and equipments about traffice management and jurisdiction were setuped based on police communication net. It is necessary for solving the more and more gongzhus and alleviate gongzhu pressure to develop informationize system and equipment which is used by traffic police outside.In order to solve the problems of front-line police pressure, gongzhuing backward, we decided to rely on the GPRS mobile communication technology, build traffic police mobile system, system consists of mobile police terminal, printer etc. the system, take the terminal reinforcement, information encryption(APN/VPDN), authentication, access control, the access gap and other security measures, after moving communication netgongzhu, mobile access zone, security zone of separation, finally into the deployment of mobile police system in netgongzhu security. This thesis focuses on the research and design of the N-Tier(multilayer) architecture, divided the mobile client layer, WEB server, EJB application server layer, the public security system or database, the four layer is relative separation and mutual relation. Overall design of the wireless client, through the MVC mode, Adapter mode, Proxy mode and the chain of responsibility, mode of the combination of architecture design of the wireless terminal, wireless / offline dual-mode operation mechanism, solve the problem of data persistence and data refresh and synchronization, communication mechanism, said layer, thereby reducing the dual-mode design of complex problems. In addition, to solve design problems offline through model, regular data synchronization means to copy all the database mode data.In this thesis, the design of the mobile police system center server deployment in the Chengshi Public Security Bureau Information Center Zhongshan, team leadership and Chengshi Police Brigade composed of mobile terminal test users, carry out police mobile application testing, after six months of use, to solve the system design and development process, function design and operation of part of the problem, make the system setting, complete research and development system related gongzhu.
