Energy consumption is the enterprise product cost in the important partcontrollable, reduce energy consumption is the enterprise is an important way to reducethe cost. With the advanced foreign technology and complete sets of equipment, thefactory produces large imports of demand for energy is more and more big, so reducethe energy loss, reasonable manning energy will be directly improve the productionefficiency.In this thesis, the design and achievement of Enterprise energy metering system(EMS) is discussed thoroughly after introducing the monitoring configurationsoftware. Elaborated to establish the system’s hardware and software solutions on howto design the data model and handle data in the system. The visual developmentmethodology in design procedure of the monitoring configuration software is discussedin detail, such as the establishment of visual design and running port, the realization ofconfiguration module, the design of visual control, the graphic control’s saving andloading methodology and so on. The completed system helps companies achieveimproved energy management methods, improve enterprise management. In the systems,real-time reflection of the scene status display interface, convenient on-site energyusage monitoring, the system real-time with the state of the scene changes to ensure thatthe enterprise energy measurement work stable and accurate management.The completed system software matches the application requirements, it canprovide a quick way to achieve a configuration interface. This paper proposed andimplemented by the application of various techniques to achieve optimal use of energyenterprises, effectively improve the enterprise and product levels of energy efficiency.
