With the development of technology and decrease of cost, Nuclear MagneticResonance (NMR) was widely used in hospitals for checking. Except medical check,the NMR is very hot in study the function and structure of brain of human being. But toanalyses data acquire from Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) of brain neededmedical knowledge compare with signal processing and image analysis technique forresearchers.Because of that, this thesis raised a brain MRI data statistics and analysis systembased on GUI of Matlab. This system can be used from DICOM settling to imageanalysis and results output. Reliable and relatively novel methods which wereacknowledged in academic circles were used in the system. Meanwhile the userinterface designed by Matlab GUI provides an intuitionistic and clear user experience inanalysis MRI data. Modules as follow belong to the system:1. DICOM file settling. Change DICOM folder name appropriately in readingDICOM information.2. FMRI data analysis. Realize these functions: compute FNC; functionalconnectivity compute; FCDM analysis and so on.3. Structure MRI data analysis. Built DTI fiber information and structureconnectivity, network property and fODF can be done in this module.4. The system also provides some useful tool which can be used in data analysis.Intergrade these functions using GUI made the system to be a briefness, reliableand easy to use MRI data analysis tool.
