The Design And Implementation Of Students Employment Information Platform Of Electronic Occupation Technical College

With the reform of national higher education, the higher education has completedthe change from elite education to universal education, leading the enrollment scale getbigger than ever and the pressure of the graduated get higher and higher. The situationput forward higher requirement of employment administration of colleges. Theemployment management information system should provide recruitment informationtimely while provide the detail information of graduates to recruiter, which wouldpromote the graduate to find the satisfied unit. The unfunctionalrequirement of the system is determined as well.Next, based on the requirement analysis the system is designed in detail with thedesign of the system structure and he data model and database tables are designed.Finally, the employment management information system is developed with.NETand SQL Server. Then some typical interfaces of the system are illustrated.The design of the system fully considered the requirement of the graduates and recruiter.The introduction of the career planning to the system provide the direction of theemployment management system. With the implement of the employment managementinformation system the graduates could easily enquiry the employment informationwhile the recruiter could obtain job intention of the graduates, which improve the levelof informatizaiton and management efficiency.
