Research And Analysis On Employment Information Management System Of Graduates Of Wenhua University In Yunnan Province

University graduates employment information management is a university graduate work management in many of the content, the content, the work, the management fine work, Its management involves many units, and it is also related to the graduates’ career issues. Traditional management methods and business are not adapted to the current situation of information technology development requirements, Therefore, with the support of computer network technology, there must be a set of scientific, University, rigorous and practical graduates employment information management system.This thesis introduces the research background, the project significance, the current research and application status of Wenhua University Graduate Employment Information Management System, and identifies the main work and research contents. In the business analysis, the existing problems of system, organizations, the original business processes are analyzed in this thesis, and then the optimized business processes are given. In the function analysis, through the data flow analysis and data dictionaries, the thesis identifies the system functions, and gives the overall function architecture and the structure of function modules, including the Graduate information management function module, Recruitment unit management function module, Employment recruitment management function module, Employment statistics management function module and so on. In the data analysis, the data of the system needs to process is analyzed, the entity relationship diagram is given, and the database tables’ structure is established. At last, the research and analysis are summarized. The future work to do is also prospected in this thesis.
