A Set of C~3I system which used as infomation processing and autoreading-judgement researched to important testing project of national defence scientificresearch. The system can real time infomation process、reading judge、trasmit and realtime display to missile testing and launch, which achieves automation of assistantcommand.The system includes five aspects as follows.The first side is about tatal scheme design: frame design idea, which designsplug-in management tree-AddInTree, all function implement by addin, manage byAddInTree. Techno-personal designs all kinds of addin based requirement and appendsto program easily.The frame also makes use of AddIn technology to thread management.Program loads automatically configuration files, which implements management tothread, and embodies designation of idea novelty and early philosophy.The second is about constructing of hardware, which includes interface、information processing and reading-judgement, makes use of three layer kilomeganetwork exchange technology. Infomation processing makes use of double-workingtechnology, insures the system safe、steady and credible.The third side is object-oriented design, which processs demand analysis anddetailed design, makes use of UML as modeling language, Rose as modeling tool,VS2008as software programme flat roof empolders software system. frame design idea,which designs plug-in management tree-AddInTree, all function implement by addin,manage by AddInTree. Data auto judged and read, The software auto reads all rules ofreading-judgement when starts. Remote measure data received is auto judged and readaccording to rules, which dispenses with intervention of manpower. Remote measuredata and reading-judgement result recorded real-time and entered warehouse.The fifth is study of agility configuration. All configuration of software achievesaccording to files of XML. Precise phraseological structure of XML makesconfiguration files of XML format have strong readness, which configuresindependently despite of software.The system designed in this thesis was based on the distributed design method,which used standard design module and realized the following goals: interconnection,interflow and operate each other between different nets, and that made the system’sfunction integration come true. The system designed in this thesis has a high automationand intelligence level, and the system takes the lead of other systems existed in the samefield, and it also set a good example for designing systems that has the same function.
