Ithas being implemented by more and more enterprises to complete the performanceappraisal mechanism of the practice. It is very important practical application value andresearch significance to research the performance evaluation mechanism.This thesis designs and realizes the performance appraisal system, which is basedon actual demand of the Chongqing Bailang environmental protection engineering Ltd.,and combined with the theory of performance evaluation mechanism and the theory ofsoftware engineering development, in order to promote the company’s corecompetitiveness and the staff’s working efficiency. In the process of system design andimplementation, this thesis studied and analyzed the system interface, the systemarchitecture design, deployment and implementation plan, database design, coderealization technology package selection and so on; In the process of performanceevaluation mechanism practices, this thesis used the360°performance evaluationmethod, comprehensive evaluation information gathering, more excellent to analyze theissues of the whole enterprise performance; In the process of technical practices, thisthesis adopted B/S architecture, the JSP technology, completed performance appraisaleffectively, and cross-platform data sharing, and has a good interactive interface,maintenance convenience.This thesis designs and realizes the performance evaluation system based on B/Sfor the Chongqing Bailang environmental protection engineering Ltd. There is a certainreference for the same type of performance evaluation system. |
