| In recent years, the chemical industrial process structure become more complex, the scale become more and more large, controlling methods become more intelligent.Therefore, the safety and reliability requirements of the control system is particularly important. Chemical process for real-time monitoring and accurate fault diagnosis has become one of the important research directions in the field of process automation. With the rapid development of the information processing technology and modern test technology, especially with the rapid development of computer technology, modern industrial fault controlling and diagnosis technology has brought a new technological revolution—embedded fault diagnosis system.In this paper, it proposed an overall design scheme of process monitoring and fault diagnosis system based on ARM. Through the TE process simulation platform, it can make a detailed analysis of the data in the process of chemical production, and the embedded system is applied to fault diagnosis field of chemical production system. The whole system is composed of two parts which are hardware and software.This experiment use ARM920T MINI2440embedded processor whose model is S3C2440chip as the core development board for the embedded hardware platform; the embedded operating system μC/OS-II is used as the core of software part, which is a open source, easy transplantation, and can be tailored operating embedded operating system. Meanwhile, μCGUI is used as the graphic display interface, which is a kind of graphical interface support system based on embedded system.This paper provided the general design of the process monitoring and fault diagnosis system development plan, which include setting the fault monitoring and diagnosis system hardware development platform,introducing the principal component analysis used for the principle of fault diagnosis and fault detection. The ADS cross-compilation is established for software environment. Then,this paper completed μC/OS-Ⅱ transplantation of the operating system. Meanwhile,it gave the preparation and application of the relevant hardware driver code such as software programming,completing LCD display based on S3C2440development board and μC/OS-Ⅱ.Finally,the paper proposed a test of experiment development results which are analyzed and concluded. |
