The Research On Development Of Jiangxi Telecom ITV

Due to the broad prospects and strong domestic development trend of IPTV,it paints a beautiful blueprint for operators,content providers.Both telecom operators and content providers are actively exploring the practice of IPTV.With the transformation of China Telecom in recent years,Jiangxi Telecom strives to become a provider of the comprehensive service in stead of the single solid-net service. And the emergence of IPTV provides a new opportunity for the transformation of Jiangxi Telecom. As one of the second pilot cities of convergence of three networks,Nanchang city of Jiangxi province has both policy support and a broad market prospect, as well as the promotion of operator,the future development of Jiangxi Telecom iTV is potential.In this paper,the author introduces several foreign countries in which IPTV is well developed,discusses the advantages and the disadvantages of each operators in their operation process,and compares six domestic operating modules.I hope this paper can be used as a reference to the development of Jiangxi IPTV.Besides,this paper introduces the development status of Jiangxi Telecom iTV in details by employing the communication theory from its contents,operation,and audiences.Based on this,the author analyzes Jiangxi Telecom iTV by employing SWOT theory and puts forward strategies for its future development.
