Both the same thing, the experts about classical studies and Xiao-xue, who want to engage in exegetical activities,should firstly collate and reduce errors in the book as much as possible. Therefore, collation is included in the works ahout exegesis,and attributed to the "Xiao-xue". As Qian-jia academic masterpiece, Dushuzazhi keeps the claim successfully.But many people only describe the achievement of its exegesis, while ignore its achievements in the aspects of Textual Criticism. If you don’t describe its specific collated activities, it could’t explain why he has made great achievements in the exegesis,and could’t understand his academic origins.Now, we will study the collated system about Sixty-two Rules from The Preface ofHuainanzi.The paper has six parts:Part I is the introduction, introduce the book, its author, current research and the significance of the topic of this paper. Part III, the main content of The Preface of Huainanzi:ths resaon and nature of the writing, the selection and origin among those different versions,the summary about collated results. Part IV, Explore its Textual Criticism system which includes the criteria for classification, the composition of the entry, discriminate analysis, sorting table. Part V, by analyzing of the goal and objective, range, principles, ways, nature ahout the collation,compare Wang with Dai,Duan,Gu,Lu to explore the characteristic of Wang’s Textual Criticism.
