Research On Port Video Surveillance System Based On Cloud Computing

The safety of the port is the basic guarantee for the normal operation of the port. The Party’s eighteenth meeting stressed the development of the safety production. Enterprises should to do the safety management from the two aspects of soft and hardware. Video plays a vital role in the port security work because of its intuitive, convenient, rich information content which applied in safety production of port.With the development of cloud computing technology in recent years, cloud computing technology have changed into lots of application service of cloud computing and spread to various industries quickly. The industries correct understanding of its role and positive attitude lead to the fast speed of the expansion of the size of cloud services. The combination of cloud computing and video surveillance technology started and derived a lot of cloud video monitoring service. The continuous expansion of production scale of the port ask for a higher requirements, the former analog video monitoring system and video monitoring system can’t meet the requirements of strong computing ability of large amounts of data transmission, the massive video file storage and monitoring system. The video monitoring system of port based on cloud computing can not only solve the above problems, but also to protect the safety, stability and timeliness of monitoring system fundamentally. From the perspective of enterprise development, it can improve the port image, promote the port safety management and production management.This thesis described a variety of service model of cloud computing firstly, and then studied the application environment of the service mode accordingly, and analyzed the advantage of port monitoring system. During the study, demand data of the video surveillance system was collected and screening, combined with the existing condition monitoring system of Yantai port group, the information and communication company and its branches. Using cloud simulation tool CloudAnalyst, simulated the cloud video monitoring scheme which was proposed and come to conclusion that it is suitable for distributed. Finally, service and operation mode was discussed, realize the feedback mechanism of the whole application system service, and the method of service levels improving continuously was proposed.
