| With the improvement of people’s living standard, the variety of plastic products is moreand more diversified and the demand is growing increasingly, especially for hard and softmixed plastic products. In the traditional mixed plastic production process, hard and soft partsof different raw material are produced respectively by two sets of independent injectionmolding machine, and there is no communication between them. Hard and soft parts of plasticproduction must be assembled by workers, and that will make the labor costs higher and theproduction efficiency and automation level lower, and lack of effective monitoring system, nolonger meet the needs of modern production. This paper is mainly about the temperaturecontrol of cylinder, the production process and the automatic hardware and software.Firstly, the paper introduces the process and parameters of the injection moldingmachine. Based on the original factory production equipment and production process, a newproduction technology and the hardware have been designed. The new production process hasrealized the communication between the devices via CAN bus technology to improve thedegree of production automation. In the requirements of the hardware, new productiontechnology needs to select the corresponding types of new hardware.Secondly, the paper designs the software of the automation production line. First, VBand PLC communication connection has been established by the MSComm control to solvethe problem of communication between them. Then, the layout and functions of the overallmonitoring interface have been designed. At last, the monitoring system data managementalso has been designed.Finally, the original temperature control of cylinder has been studied. Another kind ofcontrol method-fuzzy control method is used to set up the fuzzy adaptive PID control method,based on the analysis of the original cylinder temperature control. Through modeling andsimulation, the basic parameters of fuzzy adaptive controller have been obtained to realize thetemperature control of cylinder through the PLC.This study has certain reference significance to many small and medium-sized plasticproducts manufacturing enterprises which need to improve the production equipment and thedegree of production automation. But because of the restriction of time and conditions, thehardware and software are needed to improve and a more in-depth research. |
