The reverse mobile video monitoring system is a complete monitoring system,it can notonly gather video images through the mobile terminal,but also browse and monitor videoimages by mobile monitoring client,and it has monitoring collection terminal double mobilecharacteristics。At present,traditional mobile video solutions has many shortages,first,it canonly view images within the camera coverage,because the camera was fixed;second,it cannot timely obtain the real-time images of the emergency scene to handle the emergency;third,it is unable to gather mobile video images in special scene。While the reverse videomonitoring system can solve these problem,it has some features,such as real time,mobilityand accessibility,which provides more simple,convenient and timely solutions for traditionalmonitoring。This paper is trying to implement a reverse video monitoring system,which is based onthe Android platform。The system makes use of the Android mobile terminal to realize thevideo capture function,the H.264video compression coding,RTSP network transmissionprotocol based on video stream transmission,through the CDMA/GPRS/EDGE/3G channel,the wireless network environment,real-time monitoring on the desktop,mobile terminalcheck。And through the resolution and frame rate of the monitoring image zoom adjustment,can adapt to the mobile terminal real-time video stream transmission。The mobile terminal ofthe reverse video monitoring system can not only browse various videos,but also be used asthe entrance for video capture。The system is reverse,so that it can be uesful for the airportpolice mobile security and the daily patrol work。First of all,related technologies,such as the Android platform,the H.264videocompression coding and the RTSP network transmission protocol,are analyzed in this paper;Secondly,the paper introduces the overall design of the system,including the function,theframework and the workflow;Thirdly,it describes the detailed design of the system serverand the client;Fourthly,it tests the Monitoring system software;At last,it makes the reversevideo monitoring system to be Integrated,multi-functional and comprehensive。In brief,testresults show that,the experiment achieves the expected results。...
