| Based on the research of public emergency platform system project,this paperdesign a total communications platform control centeras the core. To solve the publicincident command such as each emergency departments coordination difficulties anddeal with issues variability as the goal, it should be able to collect, analyze and dealwith emergency relief information in the application of multi-layer structure of J2EEtechnology and workflow technology, make the communicationplatform response topublic emergencies fastly and efficiently.This thesis describes the lightweight J2EE-related technologies, the technology ofSpring, Struts and Hibernate used in the system, the emergency communicationplatform based on J2EE technology and workflowtechnology design implement thepublic emergencies and some relevant content platform.Application of unifiedcommunications services to technology design contingency proposed communicationplatform technology to solve solutions, it integrate video, voice, fax, email, mobile shortmessage, multimedia and communications data. It achieve a target of collection,analysis, information processing function timely. Finally, we validate and analyze thesystem performance and get the test results. According to the results, it can protect thesystem to a stable and efficient operation. |
