Along with the rapid development of science and technology, now most of thesocial works are closely related to the computer. The computer software plays animportant role in digital information management. Whether the business, schools orinstitutions need to release their information faster, and the convenient of the networkmakes people want to get the information on the internet.This thesis is mainly analyses the development process of the China resourcespower holdings co., LTD. Henan branch based on web online information publishingsystem, combined with the actual demands of this company. To achieve the purpose thatthe company can manage their information by using the Internet platform, and increasethe efficiency of the information processing process. The whole system mainly consistsof eight function modules, function program and function menu management, newsmanagement, enterprise management and user management, link management, basicinformation management, user rights management, database backup and systemmanagement, then discuses direction for further research and improvement of this thesis.The system uses the MVC pattern, includes three layer models that page presentationlayer, business logic layer and data layer. The hierarchical model of the application candivides the page design and the background data processing into two parts, so that thedesign of the system is more simple, clear and more logical.This system is based on the Microsoft.Net three-tier architecture. The NetFramework3.0supports the underlying framework and provides the distributedcharacteristics of this system. The programming language of this system is C#, alsousing SQLServer2008and Socket Interface to finish the development.
