Dujiangyan is the "5.12" serious earthquake disaster area, since into thepost-disaster reconstruction, All the people under the leadership of the party centralcommittee and the municipal government, are actively catch post-disaster reconstructionof infrastructure, has made great achievement. However, in the infrastructurereconstruction process, the reconstruction project information management andutilization were stay in paper, manual operation stage, the efficiency is relatively low.How to combine the rapid development of the information technology, so as to improvethe data management and manual efficiency, is the need to solve the problem. Thispaper discusses design and the realization process of the "dujiangyan post-disasterreconstruction of infrastructure project information system", as well as the use of therelated technologies: ASP.NET, Baidu map API, JQuery, etc..When the reconstruction project of the address was described, the system is notuse the text, but on the Baidu map use the specific position mark. The advantage of thisis obviously, the user can very clearly see the project’s actual location, and the projectaddress distribution be clear at a glance. It make the system’s usability and the practicalvalue greatly improved; Secondly, the site adopts three layer structure, make the codestructure is clear, the maintainability is better; In the website foreground use the JQuerylibrary, improve the efficiency of programming, and use AJAX technology, improve theuser experience. The main structure of this paper is as the following: firstly, this paperinfrastructure the Reconstruction Projects in Dujiangyan Information Systems necessarysystem analysis, from the aspects of system requirements, the technology which thesystem uses, as well as the cases of the system uses which carried out a more detailedanalysis and presentation. For the technologies which the system uses, includingASP.NET, Baidu Maps API and JQuery, this paper gives a focus of analysis. On thebasis of these theories, it gives Dujiangyan infrastructure reconstruction projectinformation system the detailed design and concrete realization. These include: softwareengineering, in-depth understanding and using UML system requirements described thebackground, and the logical and physical models of the system databases created in SQL Server2005; Baidu Maps API specific systemthe applications detail, Finally, thespecific steps in the system using JQuery AJAX applications. Analysis and testing, andin subsequent sections of the various modules of the system has been pre-expectedresults, the various parts of the system were also able to complete in the designexpectations. Make the paper work done in the last part of the paper, summarized, andthe need to further improve the work.This paper completed the dujiangyan post-disaster reconstruction of infrastructureproject information system’s design and implementation, the practice proves that thissystem puts forward to solve scheme is feasible, and have higher practical value.
