In recent years, domestic and foreign pay great attention to recycling andenvironmental protection: In the year of2010, friends of the nature, the publicenvironmental research center, Darwin environmental research institute and34environmental protection organization had take a investigation about the emission ofheavy metals, which come from the manufacturing of IT products, and issued aresearch report; on January1,2009, China implemented the circulation economic law.In the face of processing power for the limited resources and waste processing,remanufacturing can complete the goal of effective use of resources, environmentalprotection and Sustainable economic development. It is the most effective way torealize sustainable development. However, the effective development ofremanufacturing can`t leave the efficient logistics network`s support, and reasonablelogistics network design determines the performance of remanufacturing logistic. Thenature of Remanufacturing logistics network determines it more complex thantraditional production distribution logistics network, Therefore, it is necessary to takefurther research from the following several aspects:First of all, defined the concept about waste electronic products of remanufacturinglogistics network, analysis the characteristics of remanufacturing logistics networkfrom the characteristics of waste electronic products. Analysis waste electronicproducts remanufacturing logistics network mode of developed countries, learning themethod, which could be used for our country to development waste electronicproducts remanufacturing logistics network.Secondly, analyses the reasons why operating mode suitable for large electronicsmanufacturing enterprise development of remanufacturing logistics network, set themodel of the target from the efficiency of enterprise economic, and considered wasteelectronic products remanufacturing logistics process in various uncertain factors.Thirdly, select the absolute quantity of products as a decision variables of logisticsdistribution, take the product demand of consumption area, reduced waste productsand maximum capacity of the factory as a fuzzy parameters. The objective function isget the minimum total cost of system operation in planed period, then establish aremanufacturing logistics network model for waste electronic products, which model involved forward logistics and reverse logistics.Finally, list the steps of solution of the model, using method of fuzzy theory,transformation the fuzzy constraint into the clear equivalent constraint, then use thesoftware of LINGO to find out the results of the model.This paper summarizes a large number of literature, analysis the remanufacturinglogistics network of waste electronic products, summarizes the related theory of wasteelectronic products remanufacturing, it provides a theoretical basis for furtherresearch. This model fully considering the integrated of manufacturing andremanufacturing activities, set up the integrated factories and integrated center, itprovide a model method for manufacturers to reduce investment cost in the practicalapplication. The data in the example comes from real electronic productsmanufacturing enterprises, the numerical results can be used as a reference for thesimilar enterprise of remanufacturing network design. In the appendix, it gives theLINGO procedures, only need to make a little change it can use in the actualmodeling.
