With the development trend of intelligence, full digitization, and networking of AC servotechnology, and fieldbus technology has been wildly used in the industrial automation field, it’s veryimportant to design fieldbus interface for AC servo system. On the basis of in-depth research ofDeviceNet protocol, the application layer of CAN bus, and combining the DeviceNet fieldbus with ACservo system, All-digital AC servo system with DeviceNet communication interface is designed.The CAN bus communication protocol is introduced in the paper, the protocol structure ofDeviceNet protocol is analyzed, the object model, the predefined master/slave connection set and themessage protocol of DeviceNet protocol is emphatically studied, and the device profile and ElectronicData Sheet is described. Based on the research of AC servo control technology theory and DSP, theoverall hardware structure of AC servo system is designed, DeviceNet interface circuit is designed byapplying the internal integrated CAN module of DSP processor TMS320F2812and SN65HVD232CAN transceiver, and using TMS320F2812and AC servo control chip IRMCK201to complete thecontrol circuit of AC servo driver. On the basis of that, the software design of slave station for AC servodriver is realized with C language in this paper, the design scheme and realization of DeviceNetprotocol stack, the application layer is introduced in detail, the DeviceNet communication and ACservo control function of slave station have been achieved.According to the completion of the software and hardware of the slave station, the experimentalplatform of AC servo system integrating the DeviceNet fieldbus interface is constructed by using PLCof Rockwell Automation and PC as the master station. The DeviceNet communication ability and ACservo control function of the designed slave station have been tested, and the anticipated results havebeen achieved. |
