| In recent years, CCD sensor has been more and more widely used in high-speedphotography and other fields with its advantages. To maximize the CCD’s goodphotoelectric conversion characteristic and get high-quality images, it’s important tosolve the difficult technical problems in the CCD application: the CCD drive circuitdesign. Carrying out the technology research design of the drive circuit of the CCDdetector has important practical significance and engineering value.Firstly, the paper has a brief overview on the research background of the designand analyzes the development and application situation of the imaging spectrometerat home and abroad in recent years in detail. What’s more, the thesis analyzes thefuture application trends of spectral imaging technology and key problems in thetechnical field. Then, from the practical point, the paper analyzes the importance andparticularity of the CCD sensor driver circuit and the driving timing of the design,and leads to the significance of carrying out of the content of this thesis.Secondly, the paper outlines the overall design goals of the system and thefunctions to be achieved, and exhaustively introduces the selection factors of thecore devices and their basic characteristics, structure and working principle in thedriving circuit design. Under the developing environment: Altium Designer Winter09,the paper designs CCD power supply module, CCD driving module and CCDoutput signals processing module,etc. what’s more, it shows the circuit schematicdiagrams of the design. Next, some basic principles and detailed process of the CCDdriving circuit design are described in the paper, this thesis completed the PCBdesign.Then, based on the hardware platform, the paper firstly makes a simpleinstruction of the FPGA ’development process, structure and configuration modes.After that, it refines the logic function modules to be achieved and gives detailedexplanations of the timing requirements in the whole system design. Under the environment of ISE10.1, the VHDL (very high-speed hardware description language)is used to design the detector drive timing function, A/D conversion timing function,data cache function and Camera Link interface function. Through the simulationtools ISIM owned by ISE, the correctness of the logic functions design is verified.Finally, on the debugging platform build in the laboratory, the design of thehardware circuit boards and logic functions on this article are debugger and verified.The thesis analyzes the various problems encountered in the post-commissioningprocess and gives solutions. |
