Analysis And Design Of The Management Information System In BCXTX Company

With the advent of the era of economic globalization, competitions among enterprises are increasingly fierce. Whether the competitiveness is strong or weak, after all, it is the competition of talents. Along with the increasing disposable income in our country, the residents generally improve in the level of education.Education and training market from scratch to today’s prosperity has experienced for several decades. The development level of these nationwide training institutions is uneven, because most of the small and medium-sized institutions require a practical management information system to improve its informatization level and business development ability. The object for BCXTX education and training institution in this research developed from a family enterprise, the original management methods and means have been increasingly unable to meet the growth violent industry competition, along with the enlargement of enterprises scale and the expanding of business scope. After the deep research and analysis of the BCXTX, it is not difficult to find that it lack a strong management information system as support for the enterprises operation, resulting in the problems to be solved urgently, such as unclear business procedure, more personnel than work available, unclear division of responsibility and the waste of resources.In view of exiting problems of the BCXTX educational training institutions and the future development prospect of enterprises, the research attempts to systematically analyze the enterprises operation and improve the key business procedures which is necessary to change from the most basic business procedures and in accordance with the basic methods established by management information system so as to put forward the concrete solutions and attempt to improve and re-construct without changing the enterprises’business procedures, emphasizing on giving a feasible path for the establishment of management information system and concrete implementation and making the necessary research for the overall framework and installation of the system. Furthermore, the research also found some similarities of such institutions through research on BCXTX which is fairly representative small and medium-sized educational training institution, so as to make some preliminary exploration for popularizing the management information system of such institutions and playing a more important role.
