With the development of computer network technology and the expansion ofapplication fields, the internet equipment on client-side gradually realize the networking,automation,the trend of network technology integration into home equipmentsignificantly enhance the user’s entertainment experience. Internet service providers cantake advantage of the rich features of modern household equipment, providing a varietyof services to create new business opportunities. Consumers will be able to obtain notonly from the home network, but also increasingly from the public network access toa broad range of multimedia services. Client-side network equipment has a widedistribution, many types, standards are not uniform, the large number of devices, a widerange of bussiness and high security features. The traditional SNMP-based networkmanagement system has become more and more powerless, how to effectively realizethe management of network equipment has become a problem that operators have toconsider.ITMS is designed in order to solve such a service problem.ITMS is short for Integrated Terminal Management System. It is a familyintegrated business management system.The paper discusses specific design of theITMS in detail, realizes the unified management of client-side equipment, includinghome gateways, set-top boxes, personal computers and other equipment, also realizesthe unified distribution of business, the remote management of configuration, themanagement of firmware version, remote software upgrade, the management ofterminal state, the statistics of performance, and fault diagnosis, and also realizeszero-touch configuration. Completed the system-level design of ITMS,including thedesign of northbound interface, southbound interface, ITMS system and the design andimplementation of interface, finally the system was functional tested.The achievement of the ITMS is through TR069protocol (client-side equipmentWAN Management Protocol) to unified manage the client-side equipment. Through theanalysis and in-depth study of TR069protocol, elaborated it the various functions on theITMS the design and implementation it defines and expand it. Ultimately realize the"zero-touch configuration" of the business provided by network services, so that theremote management of client-side device has become more convenient.
