| Web-based information system has gradually become the developing direction ofenterprise information construction. This paper mainly focuses on the developmentmethods and techniques of enterprise staffs training system, and the informationmanagement mode which meets the requirement of computer in the enterpriseinformation construction based on the enterprises practical problems. A new mode aboutenterprise information database management is designed by analyzing the traditionalway of file storage in this paper. It can not only fuse original enterprise informationsuch as Excel, Word effectively, but also improve the recent information management.After a survey and an analysis of enterprises informatization problems aboutinformation disperse and low utilization, a training database of the oil tubular goodsthread for the inspection personnel is developed in this thesis. The system mainlyincludes four functions: data input, data maintenance, query statistics, remindingfunctions. It can effectively manage training-personal information, training scores,teachers’ information, etc., and also use SMS, email to remind the users and enterprisesby providing a reminder in the certification deadline. It also can create reports, uploadand download files, which are beneficial to all departments.The whole system adapts B/S hierarchical model of three-layer system structuresusing ASP.NET and ADO.NET as the core technology. It makes the whole process anopen application platform with unified specification, unified technical standard, unifieddata management, and unified interface style. It is developed using the MVC layeredmodel, identity authentication and access control technology to ensure the safety andreliability to make the logic structure well-organized due to its complexity. The enterprise staff training system is achieved using the C#language, having goodscalability and adaptation. It can fulfill the needs of enterprise staff training informationmanagement and be benefit for the enterprise to improve management. In the process ofthe practical application, the system can work normally and achieves a satisfying effect.The system still has some deficiencies, such as the need of professionalmaintenance because of lacking daily data automatic-backup function. It cannoteffectively handle the system unconventionality, such as the attacks of hacker althoughthere is security measurements carried out. In the future work, it still needs to solve thecontradiction between the corporation’s development and the function of informationsystems, and also needs to improve system constantly, adapts the requirements ofenterprises, brings more convenience, and at last, gets better service to the enterprise. |
