| With the quick development of technology, automation and intelligence have beenbecoming the trend in manufacture system, which needs tools to take place of manualwork in harsh and easy fatigue environment. To deal with this problem, video technologyemerges and obtains more and more attention. Due to the fast-developing computertechnology and network communication technology, the network based video controlsystem has been researched extensively and thoroughly. In a network based video controlsystem, network node plays an important role. It not only completes video capture, dataanalysis and network transmission, but also implements system control based on theanalysis result and system performance indicators.Considering the advantages of FPGA and multimedia processor, this paper designsand implements the network based video control system based on DM6467T and FPGA.Firstly, this paper discusses the development history and research status of network basedvideo control system, and puts forward a scheme of network based video control systemwith an architecture of “DM6467T+FPGAâ€. Then, the detailed hardware designprinciples and key points in PCB design are introduced. After soldering of the PCB, atesting environment is built to conduct both software and hardware tests. Somediscussions about problems turn up in testing process are also available. When the basicmodule debugging and system function test are finished, an integrated research platformhas been set up for further development on network based video control system. Finally,this paper sums up all have been done and provides an outlook of the whole work. |
