Taking the use of computer simulation technology can complete thework which is difficult to carry out in the field, reduce the risk of experiment and improveinvestment security.The iron and steel industry is the basic industry of the national economy. Taking the use ofcomputer simulation technology for virtual simulation of the process of hot-rolled steel industry,not only can reduce hardware investment, but also can reduce the dangers posed by the harshenvironment. It has staff training and experimental teaching function. The use of computersimulation technology in the virtual simulation of large and complex hot-rolled equipments andanalog devices running can allow the user browser the rolling production process. In this way,the user can be more intuitive understanding the operating principle of the rolling process.This paper analyzed the basic principle of the hot-rolled process, explored the application ofvirtual instrument technology and virtual simulation technology in the hot-rolled metallurgy andachieved the communication between MCU and PC by serial communication technology.Combined with the hot-rolled process, proposed a solution of hot rolling simulation platformbased on computer simulation technology, and achieved the fusion of the two-dimensionalvirtual instrument simulation and three-dimensional virtual reality simulation. Form the multipleangles of tactile, visual and auditory, the user can be immersed into the virtual environment ofrolling and real-time feeling and understanding of hot-rolled metallurgical process. This paperdiscussed in detail the design and implementation scheme of hot rolling simulation system,researched the mathematical model of rolling force and related algorithms, and established asimulation training system by computer simulation technology. This thesis has certain theoreticalsignificance and practical value. |
