Equipment management system is an internal information management system, which plays the role of a bridge and link between the cooperation of various departments within the enterprise. However, the present situation is that most of the equipment management approach is registers and archives the basic situation and related information of the equipment and archives files after procurement of equipment. Subsequent files have basically no maintenance, and the equipment modification, deletion, current operating status of the device and other information will not be presented in front of the management staff. Because of the information scattered, complex, find and organize inconvenience, device tracking information can’t be reflected in the file on the device. In the equipment maintenance, it is basically corrective maintenance, part of the equipment operators’ operation is not in accordance with the provisions, which gives rise to frequent damage to the equipment, maintenance staff is difficult to draw out energy to inspect equipment, and equipment tracking file is not perfect, can’t keep abreast the operation cycle of the equipment, and the equipment maintenance scheme can’t be timely maintenance.Foton equipment management system uses currently the more popular MVC framework for the overall design, completely separate designs business presentation layer, the processing logic layer and data layer, that three layers are closely linked, but also are independent of each other, each layer within the change does not affect other layers, and each layer provides the external interface in order to invoke for the top layer. As a result, the system can achieve a modular, modify the appearance or change the data without modifying the other layers, which greatly facilitates maintenance and upgrades. What’s more, it can package for the module development which has high reuse rate functional node, uses programming interface, in order to maximize the improvement of code reuse.Foton equipment management system is a completely designed for device management personnel and device manager is transformed from passive management to active management system. It is mainly provides information technology system solutions focused on equipment operation maintenance problems, including equipment procurement, equipment uses, equipment inspection, equipment maintenance, equipment spare parts, equipment and update a series of questions. The device is all-round management from the application and procurement, to the incoming inspection, device enable, equipment maintenance, equipment service, equipment scrapped and a series of links. Borrowed the communication and processing of information technology, it greatly improves the efficiency of the facility management department, makes the device manager break out the heavy manual labor, realizes computerized management of the entire life cycle of the equipment.
