Design And Implementation Of Automatic Audit System For Telecommunication Business In ZiBo

To cope with the increasing competition in Telecomm business, operators improve the core competition and protect income in order to cut down income loss, make up the flaws and increase business profits. So, business audit management has become a main and routine task for operators, also strict business audit is badly needed for the development of telecom companies.Automatic audit system of Telecom business in Zibo is based on the practical audit management of Zibo Unicom and developed with advanced design idea and technology. It covers various aspects of business audit, realizes computerization management of business files, dynamic configuration and automatic processing of order audit and special audit, process control and closedloop management of audit rectification. MVC pattern fulfilled hierarchical design including presentation layer, business layer, DAO layer persistence layer. Also, the system adopts the popular JAVA SSH2framework for its coding; the use of Ultimus platform finishes the realization of audit rectification processing, couples the office system seamlessly. All above lead to the setup of Zibo automatic audit system for telecom business which includes sub-systems like file scanning, business order audit, platform data audit, special audit, rectification order.At present, this system has been successfully in use in Zibo Unicom which greatly improved the efficiency and quality of audit work for this company, helped fulfill projected goal of avoiding risks and ensuring complete income.
