Design And Realization Of The Practical Teaching Management System For Higher Vocational Colleges

With the rapid development of computers and network technology, its applicationshave penetrated into every aspect of our lives. Many colleges and universities abroadhave summarized the problems of this link from the training in a few years. In virtue ofthe comprehensive application of computer and the computer network, the teachingmethods and quality has improved, and tend to mature now. The application system ofmany colleges and universities in china is wider categories, and the most appliedsoftware is college administration offices, but the training teaching managementsoftware of vocational colleges is rarely, and the existing training teaching softwareserves to the single teaching development, which are not universal and be lack ofinteraction.The distribution and management of training classroom can only rely on theteacher to manage, that the student application process becomes complex, and theequipment management tend to confusion and be lack of flexibility.This paper is to address the problem, through the in-depth analysis on the trainingproblems of the higher vocational colleges, we propose the corresponding solutionsfinally. System development is mainly its integrated management, i.e. the distribution ofthe training room, state and maintenance of training equipment, and teaching feedback.Based on the original training teaching management, the purpose is to improve theshortage of teaching and reduce the manage stress of administrators.The research method is to conduct the training by following students at the scene,to know the training management and the existing problems of students in the trainingprocess and summary, to experience the role of the training administrator, to findproblems as an administrator, to improve the method, and to summary opinionsproviding the training administrator, that achieve the transformation of the needs ofteachers and students to software functions after the integration. In response to the existing problems detailed needs analysis, requirementsanalysis process includes detailed requirements for obtaining, to get people to use thesoftware, lists the system structure;2. The overall design of the system are listed in the appropriate design objectives,detailed block diagram of the system, system development environment to use, the design of the database;3. The detailed flow of mutual work of main modules in the system;4. After the system development, in a test environment to run the correspondingeffect.After testing, the training teaching management system of vocational colleges isthe stable running, the convenient operation, needs of meeting the school trainingteaching, reducing costs and improving efficiency, that make the training teaching meetthe teaching demands more scientific and reasonable.
