While current system mainly basing on planning level, managerscannot acquire real data and process of logistics promptly.This essay focusing on above problems, in the thorough analysis the barcode,RFID application technology and manufacturing industry, especially the gas with theactual situation in the industry,we developed the proudct management base onbarcode.This system is based on.Net platfrom, Using C#.This whole system isimplemented over three-level architecture,this system adopts key technologies such asWeb Service,Linq,WCF,In the aspect of database design,according to variousrequirements,system uses different databases,different devices such as collect,mid-tierserver, and using automatic code generation tool to generate entity class and accessclass,improving the developing efficiency.Its main functions are: visual management ofworkshop, visual management of logistics, Using RFID technology to the quality of theproduct quality assurance, with the company’s existing ERP system, CRM systeminteraction, extract the BI report important data related to data analysis.After the application of this system, it becomes feasible to achieve real-time andwhole-process management of entire life cycle of products, and realize the tracing andtracking of important parts. Meanwhile, the collected data after processing will provideimportant data basis for the sales and development plan of the company.
