The development of technology, the media environment has undergone tremendous changes, diversified dissemination carrier and form of expression, provides the foundation for people to communicate with each other and dissemination of information. In today’s new media environment, the network communication technology, new continuous use, as well as the network information dissemination ability unceasing enhancement, which provides a good foundation conditions for webpage visual design. The visual design of the webpage to realize the structure optimization and rational, which provide good visual experience for the user, and at the same time, between the user and the information communication more smoothly, making information more accessible to users are concerned.However, in today’s new media environment, webpage visual design in China did not achieve the combination of technology and art and effective. The network as the main platform for information dissemination, visual design, most sites are still lack of beauty, the lack of human experience, and not pay attention to the visual design of the role of information transmission, which leads to the user when the webpage that browse, it is difficult to obtain the required information. Network as an important way of information communication in the new media age, exposed in the rapid development of these disharmonious problems have attracted the attention of people. Users need more interactive, more humane, more efficient, more easy to operate man-machine communication experience, in order to enhance the efficiency of access to information in the network transmission; businesses need more visual aesthetic feeling, more attractive, more communication efficiency experience means, in order to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the information age. These urge the webpage visual design should continue to strengthen the integration of technology and art, may provide for the future design of the competitiveness in the field.This paper first gives an overview of the new media and webpage visual design technology, and the related technologies webpage visual experience is introduced in this paper. Then, the new media environment, the feasibility of visual design webpage functional requirements, non functional requirements are discussed in detail. Then, detailed description of the new media environment webpage visual design theory and method, and combining with actual cases, the views of the paper are evidence. Finally, based on the Webpage visual design the future, provides reference for the future research webpage visual experience.
