With the increasing deepening of public hospital reform, adhering to the "patient-centered" principle and the reform of public hospital services management purposes, the major hospitals began to implement a clinic appointment services. Therefore, according to the actual situation that the outpatient visit and check amount of inspection department of Hangzhou First People’s Hospital are all large, we decided to develop the appointment at patient-chosen time and calling system for hospital. This method significantly improves the difficulty and troublesomeness of outpatient clinic and checks over and proves the convenience to the overall management of the hospital and patient.This article focuses on the use of the appointment at patient-chosen time and calling system to remission the problem of long time waiting to register and check, to optimize patient registration, inspection appointment and calling process, to complete reengineering of patient’s treatment process and proved time-interval Controlled serve and make a clear call for registration and inspect. And also provides an interface on WeChat, through this patient can real-time control of the hospital calling as well as all relevant information.Appointment at patient-chosen time and calling system consist of four parts. There are appointment registrations at patient-chosen time module, reservation-check at patient-chosen time module, calling modules and Wechat interface module. They content to each other and rely on each other. Among they, reservation-check system use.NET to develop and running on SQL SERVER database. Calling and Wechat interface system have to be developed by PowerBuilder, due to the needs of partially embedded in the hospital HIS system.Application in actual using, these two systems significantly improve the problem of long time waiting to register and check. And through the appointment at patient-chosen time and Calling System, it raise attendance rate. So these ways of management are worth learning and promotion. Through these scientific management methods to gradually improve appointment at patient-chosen time and Calling System will provide greater convenience for hospital management and patients.
