This paper studies the tracking intelligent robot for electrical energy meter calibration process from line to stereo storehouse intermediate distribution of R&D, visited Chongqing in the electric energy metering center application, considering the demand for work the practicability and economy, so as to determine the tracking material robot itself framework, power output device, direction control system, communication control and their own safety and other aspects of the key indicators.The so-called tracking intelligent robot, is a contain independent power output, and can automatically guide,device for handling and transportation in pipeline on the materials, so as to realize the automatic transfer of goods transportation on the assembly line, greatly reduce the output of human and financial resources, unmanned management workshop.If the tracking robot mechanical part compared to the human body, the control system is the human brain, it directly determines the performance of robot tracking, is the core of robot tracking. So for the robot tracking controller hardware reliability requirements higher, need to meet the functional requirements. Relying on the FMS system platform, with the aid of the computer, using WIFI communication technology, the central controller and the main control room of a data connection, so the robot can control the response of central computer on it, so as to realize the wireless connection to existing conditions.According to the division of robot tracking control system module, the hardware of the controller is the related analysis, including the tracking module, mobile module, lifting modules, avoidance module and power module and other modules. And introduces the integration of new map, lifting device controller circuit is designed, and the corresponding performance testing, experimental results show that, ICP algorithm is introduced, to improve the navigation accuracy, so that it can complete the assigned task under the control of PC, achieved the expected goal.
