| In recent years,intelligent robot technology developed quickly and gradually penetrated into all areas of people's social life.Intelligent robot is changing people's original production and living ways.Robots have appeared in medical,financial,cultural and other service fields,and more and more libraries have begun to use intelligent robots as librarians,these robots undertake different work of the library and innovate traditional service mode,meanwhile bring new opportunities to libraries.At present,many researchers have joined to analyze the library intelligent robot.However,they are mainly based on foreign libraries experience and few Chinese libraries cases in the past.Recently,the number of using intelligent robots libraries increased rapidly,which can provide a new soil for the research of library intelligent robots,and is conducive to further exploring of Library human-computer symbiosis ways.In this paper,article firstly summarizes the application of various types of intelligent robots in foreign libraries by means of literature research and network research,and surveys the current application situation of intelligent robots in domestic libraries through telephone advice and email consultation,then compares foreign and domestic libraries from number,types,degree of intelligence,servicing scope and effect to find the advantages and disadvantages of domestic libraries.Secondly article makes a questionnaire survey based on UTAUT2 mode and analysis readers' willingness to use intelligent robots factors,then conclude that performance expectation,effort expectation,social influence,convenience conditions and pleasure motivation are the main influencing factors.Thirdly,considering the experience of using intelligent robots in Libraries and the readers' willingness factors,this paper puts forward some suggestion for libraries:widening channels,improving intelligent technologies,building intelligent service system,enhancing the participation of users and training professional librarians,so as to attract more readers to use robots and the construction of intelligent library could be more smoothly. |
