In recent years, with the rapid development of sensor technology, ubiquitous network has received more and more attention, which achieves one kind of people to people and people to machines as well as persons and things, and even direct communication between things. At present, the ubiquitous network technologies mainly includes3G, TD-LTE, GSM, WLAN, WiMax, RFID, ZigBee, Bluetooth and other wireless communication protocols and technologies. It should be noted that ubiquitous network is not a new network. It is the strengthening of the capacity of existing networks and functional re-expansion.In this paper, the environmental monitoring management system in the park is realized by using wireless sensor network based on IEEE802.15.4/ZigBee technology. In wireless sensor network, we use the CC2430+CC2591mix-mode produced by TI company in the hardware design and Z-Stack protocol in the software design, so the performance and compatibility of the network nodes have been greatly improved.The monitoring management system is at the network layer, and the function of the system includes:analysis, processing and storage the data of sensing network convergence; provide local monitoring control platform; provide the efficient data support for application in ubiquitous network.The design of the monitoring management system is divided into three parts:serial port, database and monitoring center. The design of the serial port mainly includes the determination of data frame protocol and the division of data types. We use the MySQL database, use the frame format of the sensor network protocol for data modeling, design data tables and establish the data processing processes. And the monitoring center is developed by using Qt to realize the real-time data display, network configuration, node control, historical data query, remote web access control and other functions of local monitoring platform. The text results show that the monitoring management system has strong stability, practicability, and strong expansibility, which provides a good guarantee for the application in ubiquitous network.
