Wireless sensor networks are composed of large number of sensor nodes distributing in a range, which link with each other in the wireless multiple hops without center way. It can cooperate to perceive, collect and process the target’s information in the network coverage, and return the information to the observer. The network mode and node structure are obviously different from which in the traditional network. With the development of wireless sensor networks, its application is widen faster and faster. Different businesses put forward different requirements to wireless sensor networks’quality of service (QoS). At the same time, these applications are also faced with a variety of safety problems.At present, security and service quality issues are rarely considered in many routing protocols designs. Based on the research of wireless sensor networks system structure and the characteristics of the foundation, this paper carried through deep analysis of LEACH protocol. In this paper, according to summing up LEACH routing protocol’s advantages and defects, combining with trust evaluation mechanism, energy and QoS control, we put forward a trust-based QoS routing protocol. The trust-based QoS routing protocol improved itself on the foundation of LEACH protocol as follows: In the phase of cluster head selection, it joins energy control to prevent the node energy consumption too fast to cause death, and it can also affect the entire network normal operation. When node chooses cluster to join in, using the trusted sliding window increases the credibility of the entire network. In the stage of information transmission, it also puts in the trusted sliding window. Nodes in the overlapping area determine which cluster head nodes will be sent the information to according to the cluster head nodes’trust value. In this paper, it proposes the improved protocol. The improved protocol can not only prolong nodes’life expectancy, but also increase the credibility of information transmission and reduce the packet loss in the process of data transmission.Finally, this paper did some simulation aiming at the new design trust-based QoS routing protocol and standard LEACH protocol in the presence of a vicious attacks in the network. At last, we compared lots of performance parameters such as network lifetime, packet delivery rate, end-to-end delay and packet loss rate. The simulation results showed that the trust-based QoS routing protocol prolonged the network lifetime, reduced the packet loss rate in transmission process, improved the packet delivery rate and enhanced the credibility of the network.
