Thesis introduced several key technologies of t3d body scanning based on the structure in details. Finished the method selection and system design, and the design of the prototype finally. Then solve the surface of the3d coordinate basis on above introduction, and3d reconstruction.Do a series processing work for laser image。Including article light image smoothing and filter, based on the comparison of several filtering median filtering method is the more suitable for this experiment; segmentation for The image, based on dynamic threshold segmentation method; extraction center for The light of graphic, Decided to use curve fitting method for processing based on the final analysis。In this paper, three-dimensional reconstruction of the commonly used in classical space coordinate system are introduced, and derivation the transformation relation. Introduces the basis of space camera calculation model, Divided into linear model and nonlinear model。based on detailed analysis of the direct linear schedule, Tsai’s step calibration method and Zhang plane calibration method。Based on transformation and application of Zhang method, and use the probe and scanning for image calibration method.Analysis the problems of the structure light body scanning, and put forward the solutions. Introduces common use hardware parameters standard and classification of the3d scanning system, including the word line laser and CCD, acquisition card and servo motor. And selection in component for light of this dissertation. This paper introduces the classic reverse engineering software named surfacer and it’s basic function and operation interface.Based on selection of the image preprocessing method,camera calibration method design and selection, choice standard of hardware and software, finish the measurement experiment by means of laboratory design and manufacture of the prototype for the last3d scanning. The experimental results shows that the design and selection method is feasible, and has obtained the good effect, its measurement precision can to10mm.
